Malaysia is among the world’s most biodiverse countries, ranked 12th in the world according to the National Biodiversity Index. With a plethora of flora and fauna, it strives to establish a secure and more sustainable environment for the native animals.
MEAA aims to eco-awaken the society by stressing about the plight of these unfortunate animals who are at the brink of their early extinction due to human intrusion.
Threats to ecosystems and species include land development, pollution, poaching, illegal trade, encroachment, and extreme climate change. MEAA will work to minimise these harmful consequences on the intricate ecosystems.
